On June 22nd, 2017, the Memorandum of Understanding between International University and Architects & Construction Service Corporation was signed. Regarding cooperation activities, International University would support in training and provide human resources as required for ACSC. ACSC would recruit graduates of International University who are suitable according to the conditions of the unit, especially Civil Engineering graduates.

On October 23rd, 2014, the Memorandum of Understanding between International University and Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company was signed. On March 19th, 2015, the Memorandum of Understanding between International University and PEB Steel Buildings was signed. According to the Agreement, International University would recommend promising candidates for recruitment to PEB upon request. PEB would offer planned and supervised program of internships and site visits for IU students, particularly Civil Engineering students.
