GreenBIM Engineering is a company specialized in Green Building consulting with a strong focus on LEED certification and Energy Modeling. Our team is multi-cultural and strong of over 100 project references in Asia, Europe and the Middle east.

We are currently looking for a green building energy modeler (full-time) based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh or Da Nang preferably, for hybrid remote position). The position is open to fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

– Whole building energy simulation (LEED and ASHRAE 90.1 compliant)

– Lighting calculations, outdoor air rates calculations

– 3D modeling of the building (Revit, Designbuilder v7)

– Other tasks related to building performance as needed

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or HVAC Engineering or Architectural background
• Familiarity with energy simulation and CAD softwares (ex: Revit, Catia, Designbuilder)
• Office suite (word, powerpoint, excel)
• Fluency in English
