New engineers graduated in School of Civil Engineering and Management have the opportunity to work professionally at domestic and foreign enterprises and corporations operating in a variety of fields: civil construction, transport infrastructure and waterworks. With a well-equipped knowledge base, new engineers can promote their strengths in many different positions: design consultancy, appraisal, construction, and project supervision. In addition, the new engineers also have the ability to participate in management work at state agencies specializing in construction, transportation and irrigation (Ministries, Departments, and local project management boards). . Some examples of locations:
- State management agencies: Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transport, Bank, Treasury and other State agencies related to urban management and construction;
- Investors develop real estate projects;
- Enterprises implementing construction projects (Contractors);
- Professional consulting unit (Project Management, Design, Bidding, Contract);
- Project Management Unit in District/District, Province/City;
- Enterprises providing construction materials;
- Participating in teaching and research at universities and research institutes with related majors.
In addition, after graduation, students also have the opportunity to study to improve their knowledge at higher levels such as Master’s and Doctoral degrees at domestic and foreign universities.
